Audit • Single Audit Act of 1984, OMB Circular A-133 • Threshold o/$500,000 funds audit required • Sanctions for late audit range from: • 1) reducing draw downs to monthly • 2) withholding CSC • 3) re-assumption • OSG entry required three (3) years of clean audits because of less oversight; OSG expects Tribes to maintain clean and timely audits. Audits due 6 months after term of agreement. Extensions will not be granted. • OSG Tribes % clean audits now reported in Indian Affairs – Performance Management System
