  5. Infrastructure • At ADDICTION INFOTECH pvt ltd, we follow a 3-tier architecture for the network within our call center infrastructure. We have a redundant L3 Core design and the servers terminate into the core through redundant connectivity. We have a amazing 36 seats call center set up with a training room for about same capacity. • Our call center infrastructure has an inbound voice solution that is based on the Cisco IPCC (Internet protocol Contact Center). ADDICTION INFOTECH pvt ltd call center infrastructure has a distributed dialer architecture and is tightly integrated with Cisco voice solution. • At our current facility we have 10,000 square feet area which can be used for expansion and to build the current set up to 500 seats within 2 months of notice period (if required).

  6. Our power facility • We have a generator back up if the primary source fails and if the generator fails we have a redundant UPS network center. All Devices are backed by dual power supply and fed through independent power paths. We have: • 3 Levels of redundancy • Primary source of power • Available 50 KVA • Generator back up of 62 KVA • UPS back up of 15 KVA (To support systems and Server only)

  10. Disaster recovery plan • Today’s IT-dependent businesses have to keep pace with huge advances in technology, which have escalated the costs of downtime. They also have to deal with the risk of adverse impact from unforeseen events, natural or manmade disasters that could interrupt or disrupt the business. Therefore, at ADDICTION INFOTECH pvt ltdour call center is fully equipped to offer disaster recovery services of high order based on operations: • Disaster recovery at site level – Along with current 36 seats, we are building another 50 seats in the same facility reserved for the company which can be used at any time. • Data replication. • Continuous back up – At ADDICTION INFOTECH pvt ltd all server data is securely backed up and stored off site on weekly basis to ensure a safe back up.
