  1. September 24, 2014 Pick up table journals. Copy in your Table of Contents: Physical or Chemical Change page 11 Go to page 11 and copy this chart as below:

  2. Write down on page 11. A physical change – no chemical bonds are broken (still the same substance) A chemical change – chemical bonds ARE broken (new substance is formed)

  3. Card Sorting Activity • With your table group, divide the cards into two categories – physical change and chemical change Discuss each situation with your group before deciding.
