What is the difference between an employee and an employer? • Employee- A person working for another person or business firm for pay. • Employer- A person or business that employs one or more people ,especially for wages or salary. An Employee who works for the person who hired them, which is the Employer

What is the difference between a manager and an entrepreneur? • Entrepreneurs starts the operation,whilemangers come in later when the operation is started. • Entrepreneurs are more concerned with how the launching goes, while the manger is more concerned with the effect on the ongoing business. • Managers are only just managing the business and entrepreneurs have to worry about keeping the company up and flowing. • Entrepreneurs learn from their mistakes, while mangers are trained to do what the do. • Entrepreneurs most important priority is freedom and Managers are security.

  10. Walt Disney Walt Disney is The founder of Disneyland and Walt Disney World . He is also the Producer of Walt Disney Productions.

  11. Where Walt Began Walt Disney was Born December 5 1901. When Walt started school he begin showing taste and aptitude for drawing using crayons and watercolors. When he became older he took a class at the Kansas City Art Institution and School of Design. In 1917 Walt moved back to Chicago were he was born and entered McKinley High School were he took photographs for the newspaper.

  13. Accomplishments Walt built a huge amusement park in Los Angeles around the 1950s. When Disneyland opened in 1955, much of Disney’s disposition toward regretful feeling and fantasy was obvious in its design and construction. It soon became a focal point for tourists from around the world. A second Disney park, Walt Disney World, near Orlando, Florida, which was under construction at the time of his death, opened in 1971.

Conclusion Disney’s imagination and energy, his whimsical humor, and his gift for being attuned to the moods of popular taste inspired him to develop well-loved amusements for “children of all ages” throughout the world. Although some criticized his frequently saccharine subject matter and accused him of creating a virtual stylistic monopoly in American animation that discouraged experimentation, there is no denying his path breaking accomplishments
