    2. IS DRIFT A PROBLEM IN ARKANSAS? AVERAGE NUMBER OF HERBICIDE COMPLAINTS FOR THE PERIOD 2001 – 2003: 328 COMPLAINTS/YEAR. DRIFT COMPLAINTS WERE 94.9%, 69.1%, AND 95.2% FOR 2001 – 2003, RESPECTIVELY.
