  3. Doctor Shadowing Orientation • Where: SAC 1.118 • When: February 6 @ 6:30pm You must attend orientation to receive an application to the program! If you can not make it, please email me at utaed.docshadow@gmail.com no later than this Friday!

  4. Study Hours • Begin THIS WEDNESDAY • Bring your dues and transcripts tomorrow if you’re sitting there panicking because you forgot them • Every Wednesday from 8pm-12am in SAC 2.120 • Staying an hour gives you 1 social point • Bringing food gives you another social point

(yes please!) • Date: TBA! • Biggest social event of the semester! • 10 Social Points • Activities: • Sand Volleyball • Ultimate Frisbee • Capture the Flag (w/ glow sticks) • Hiking (w/ Jake, Karl, Karl, CC, etc.) • Soccer • FOOD! • Awesome Burgers & Hotdogs • The veggie burgers are stupendous • S’MORES! :o • ‘Nuff said…

Intramural Sports! • Monday: Coed Flag Football @ 7 PM • Team Captain: SujithKochat • Play begins Monday, February 3, 2014 • Thursday: Coed Soccer @ 6/7 PM • Team Captain: Kelsey Stewart • Play begins Monday, February 3, 2014 • Sunday: Men’s Basketball @ 4 PM • Team Captain: Jimmy Chirayil • Play has begun! • Sunday: Coed Softball @ 5 PM • Team Captain: Jessica Beardsley • Play begins Sunday, March 23, 2014 • Dodge Ball Tournament • Team Captain: SujithKochat! • Play is on Friday, February 21 @ 3:00pm and 10:00pm

  9. Free of cost for ALL! BOWLING SOCIAL @ Union Underground • Pledges come out to meet the officers and current members! • Wednesday, Feb 12th from 6:00 – 8:00pm • 3 Social Points for attending! • Active members come out to give a warm welcome to all the new pledges for the Fall semester!

Meet The Pledges Picnic • Focusing on getting to know the pledges. • Creating a warm welcome environment for them to come into the organization. • There will be Burgers, Hotdogs, Drinks, and GIFT CARDS! • Saturday, Feb. 8th @ 12:30 pm • Pease Park! • 2 Social Points for coming and showing pledges how fun AED can be. • +1 Point for bringing a side, dessert, or other food items! • BYOBlanket if you like ACTUAL Picnics! There will be tons of activities, games, and chances to win Starbucks Gift cards!

Reminders • Sign-ups will close Thursday – no exceptions • You will receive two emails: • One confirming that you got a spot • One about event details (closer to event date) • You have 24 hours before event time to fill out Volunteer Problem Form (not email or by phone) – after that, you are responsible for event or finding replacement
