  1. Albuquerque Storm The New Face of Triple A Baseball in Albuquerque, New Mexico By: Drew Fothergill, current owner of the Albuquerque Storm

  2. History This is the first year for the Albuquerque Storm. The team was recently purchased by Drew Fothergill. He decided to rename the team shortly after becoming the new owner. He felt that the old name was not a proper reflection of Albuquerque and its people. The Albuquerque franchise, known last year as the Isotopes, will still participate in the Pacific Coast League, and will play their home games at Coca-Cola Pavilion, formerly Isotopes Park. The Storm will return most of the players from last years team, with a few new additions. Triple A baseball has always been a huge part of Albuquerque and its culture. This rich tradition can only continue if you, the great folks of Albuquerque, come out and support the Storm this year. Many Thanks!
