  9. TRENT DISTRICT • In our District we have 8 Units. • They are: - • - Burton on Trent - Mansfield • - Chesterfield - Newark • - Derby - Nottingham • - Long Eaton - Worksop

  10. Competitions Selected for Unit – compete at District Level. Win Go forward, represent District at Area level. Win Go forward, represent Area at National level. Win, you are National Sea Cadet Champions! Individuals may go forward to represent the Sea Cadets against the other cadets organisations, e.g. Shooting.

Competitions/Regattas District Competitions comprise: - Drill & Piping, Shooting, Sailing, Pulling, Power, Canoeing, 5-a-side Football, Boat Handling, Seamanship, ET Area Competitions comprise: - Drill & Piping, Shooting, Sailing, Windsurfing, Band, Pulling, Boat handling (Pulling, Power & Sail), Canoeing, ET & 5-a-side Football. National Competitions comprise:- Drill & Piping, Shooting, Sailing, Windsurfing, Band, Pulling, Boat handling (Pulling, Power & Sail), Canoeing, ET & 5-a-side Football. The Area that has the most success at National Competitions wins the Peter Riley Trophy.

  12. Other Activities and events National - Trafalgar Square each year District & Unit Parades Trafalgar October 21st Remembrance November 11th District / Unit participation Mayors Parade and other parades District / Unit participation
