Matthew 6:19-24 • 19 - Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal. • 20 - But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. • 21 - For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. • 24 - No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money.

  3. 1st Timothy 6:9-10 • 9 - People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction. • 10 - For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

  4. 2nd Corinthians 8:7-9 • 7 - But just as you excel in everything-in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in your love for us-see that you also excel in this grace of giving. • 8 - I am not commanding you, but I want to test the sincerity of your love by comparing it with the earnestness of others. • 9 - For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, so that you through His poverty might become rich.

  5. 2nd Corinthians 9:7-8 • 7 - Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. • 8 - And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.

  6. Malachi 3:10 • 10 - Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house. Test me in this, says the Lord Almighty, and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it.

  12. Job 41:11 - “Whatever is under the whole heaven is Mine.” • Exodus 19:5 - “All the earth is Mine.” • Psalm 24:1 - “The earth is the Lord, and everything in it, the world and all who live in it.”

  13. Psalm 50:7-12 "Hear, O my people, and I will speak, O Israel, and I will testify against you: I am God, your God. I do not rebuke you for your sacrifices or your burnt offerings, which are ever before me. I have no need of a bull from your stall or of goats from your pens, for every animal of the forest is mine, and the cattle on a thousand hills. I know every bird in the mountains, and the creatures of the field are mine. If I were hungry I would not tell you, for the world is mine, and all that is in it.”
