Monthly Chapter Leader WebEx Recordings Now Available • NCMA monthly chapter leader WebEx discussions are now being recorded for you to listen to as a refresher at a later date. • Go to the NCMA Intranet and in the left column, click on WebEx Recording Links. Copies of the briefing charts are also available for you to download at Chapter Telecon Charts, also located in the left column of the NCMA Intranet main page.

Statements of Interest for National Board of Directors • In accordance with the NCMA Bylaws and Association Policy 5-12, National Election Policy, on January 3, 2012, NCMA invites members to submit Statements of Interest for a position on the NCMA Board of Directors. The NCMA Board of Directors is the volunteer governing body of the association, and consists of the officers and directors, as established by the NCMA Bylaws and National Election Policy. • As officials of the association, board members are responsible to the membership for the proper governance and leadership of the association. The board’s charter is available online (See Policy 2-1).

12. To view any files, whether they are reports or training materials; please right-click the file you wish to view, and then click “Save Target As”. You will need to save the item to your computer, and then you will be able to open the file.

16. This is where you create a roster of your current chapter members, which you can export into an Excel file.

19. Membership Reports: Anniversary, New Member, Lapsed, and In Grace reports. A dialog box will appear when you click on any of the links and may also appear when you try to export the files to Excel, please contact Chapter Relations for Login Information. Please also remember to “Save Target As” on any file or folder.

21. Anniversary Reports allow you to view members which have come to a milestone in their membership. These are in 5 year increments. • We are not replenishing the Anniversary Pins.

23. Anniversary Certificates are available for download, to show your appreciation of several years of active membership. • Certificates are updated yearly with the new National President, and are available on July 1st of each year.

Members In Grace • NCMA offers a one month grace period in which they will still be considered a member but their membership was only paid through till the end of the previous month. • They will become ‘Lapsed Members’ at the end of the current month. At this time they will no longer receive the benefits of NCMA.

30. Chapter Reports, are a compilation of all the chapters, and all of the reports. • This is a general overview so that each leader is able to see what members are new, in grace, lapsed and up for an anniversary certificate.

32. Membership Reports are posted by the 5th business of each month. • They are a way for each chapter leader to gauge their membership and to take advantage of reminding members to renew, or to welcome new members.
