They serve this drink in friendly parties You can find this drink in every juice bar in summer season. Generally Iranian people mix mint water or rose water or both of them with this drink. Traditionally they use London Rocket in hot water for Constipation Treatment and in cold water for Heat treatment

  3. What is London Rocket? • London Rocket, Sisymbriumirio, is a herbal plant in the family Brassicaceae. It is an annual herb exceeding three feet in height with open, slender stem branches. The flowers are small with four pale yellow petals. The basal leaves are broad and often lobed, while the upper leaves are linear in shape and up to four inches long. The fruit is a long narrow cylindrical silique which stays green when ripe. The younger pods overtop the flowers. When dried the fruit has small red oblong seeds. • The common name "London Rocket" comes from its abundance after the Great Fire of London in 1666. • This species is considered a weed in some areas.   5. Life cycle: • Annual or biennial. Seeds germinates from autumn to winter and it grows without forming a rosette but usually develops many branches from the base to give it a bushy appearance. Flowers appear as clusters at the tops of stems in late-winter to spring. As the fruits mature the stem elongates and new flowers are added to the cluster on top. Under summer moist conditions some plants may survive into a second season.
