  4. Wednesday • Breakfast- muesli with milk. • Snack - croissant with butter and mineral water. • Snack -nothing • Lunch- spaghetti with cheese and water. • Dinner- vegetable salad and tea.

  5. Thursday • Breakfast- muesli with milk. • Snack - cookies and mineral water. • Lunch-fried cheese with vegetables and potatoes+juice. • Snack -nothing • Dinner-yoghurt with biscuits and tea.

  6. Friday • Breakfast- muesli with milk. • Snack - Croissant with ham and tea. • Lunch- Chicken soup and mineral water. • Snack -nothing • Dinner- bread with butter and tomato+water.

  7. Saturday • Breakfast- cake with milk • Snack -apple. • Lunch- burgers with fries and juice. • Snack -nothing • Dinner- dumplings with poppy.

  8. Sunday • Breakfast- muffin with tea. • Snack -banana. • Lunch- steak and mashed potatoes and cucumber salad + water. • Snack -nothing • Dinner- Chinese food + tea.
