  4. 1-Psychiatry and tobacco Data to study: Structure of the psychiatric service/ department: hospital ,apart from the hospital setting, in town…. • The high level of smoking addiction among patients and health staff • The link between tobacco and mental disease • The importance of tobacco in mental illness :cultural aspect, historical, social, curative….

  5. 2- DEFINITION OF CONCEPTS • Smoke free Hospital • Smoke Free Hospital Strategy • Base lines of preventive actions and taking care of tobacco addicts in psychiatric hospital / department

  6. 3 – Project management • Methodological support for the elaboration of a local committee • Definition of project’s steps/ stages • Definition of a work plan in order to attain each stage targets

  7. 4 –Strategical plan Following the self audit, each hospital must build its own strategical plan
