  2. Европейские Рамочные Программы Основная Цель – создание единогоЕвропейского научно-исследовательскогопространства (ERA) • Framework 5 – 1998-2002 • Framework 6 – 2003-2006 (17.5 млрд. Евро) • Framework 7 – 2007 – 2013 (50.5 млрд.Евро)

  3. 7-ая Рамочная Программа (FP7) Направления программы: • Кооперация (Cooperation) - 64% от общего бюджета (32,365 млрд евро ) • Идеи (Ideas) – 15% (7,46 млрд евро) • Люди (People) – 9%(4,728 млрд евро) • Возможности (Capabilities) – 9% (4,217 млрд евро) • Евроатом – (Euratom) – 3% (2,75 млрд евро)

Подсказки при написании проекта • Проект стоит подавать для решения проблемы, которую поставил ЕС (social, regional or economic gap) • Сразу ответить на 5 вопросов: • Какая проблема ? • Это приоритет ЕС ? (может эта проблема решается на национальном уровне) • Нет ли уже ее решения ? • Почему именно сейчас ? • Почему именно Ваш коллектив ?

  8. Подсказки при написании проекта • Фокус на результатах и их применении (lead users, lead markets) • Ищите опытных координаторов (которые имели в прошлом проекты 5,6-ой Рамочных Программ) • Устанавливайте и развивайте контакты с европейскими коллегами из разных стран !

COMPARE COMPARE (Development and Validation of a Standards Comparison Methodology) is a Sixth Framework Program Project dedicated to development a methodology allowing to compare (management level) standards from different internationally recognized standardization bodies • Participants of the Project : • Yuzhnoye SDO (Ukraine); • EADS Space Transportation GmbH (Germany) Within the framework of the Project Yuzhnoye SDO was involved in methodology validation and standards harmonization Amount of Project financing for 12 months : 89.928.00 Euro

NAVOBS(Strengthening the Competitive Intelligence of the Europe an Distributed Energy Resources Sector) is a Sixth Framework Program Project dedicated to development of innovative services using present or future space infrastructures NAVOBS Within the framework of the Project Yuzhnoye SDO was involved in studying commercial application of GALILEO services. • Participants of the Project : • Yuzhnoye SDO (Ukraine); • POLSPACE (Poland); • CRP-HT (Luxembourg); • Wista-Management (Germany); • EADS Astrium (Toulouse); • Alcatel ETCA (France); • Wallonia Space Logistics S. A. (WSL) (Belgium); • European Business & • Innovation Centre Network (Brussels); • ESA (France); • JRA Technology (Germany); • T4Tech (Italy); • Technofi (France); • EC BIC of ATTIKA (Greece); • Birmingham Technology Ltd (Great Britain); • CPIN (Spain); • MIPY (France); • EADS Space Transportation GmbH (Germany) Amount of Project financing for 2 years : 436 885,73 Euro

  12. MULFUN MULFUN (Multifunctional Structure) is a Sixth Framework Program Project dedicated to development of lightweight and fully integrated equipment for aviation and space technologies. Within the framework of the Project Yuzhnoye SDO was involved in modification of composite materials for improvement of its specifications in terms of protection from electromagnetic radiation. • Participants of the Project : • Yuzhnoye SDO (Ukraine); • Alcatel (Italy); • CRISA Astrium (Spain); • HTS (Germany); • EPSILON (Spain); • Ahe (Germany); • GPV Prina (Denmark) Amount of Project financing for 12 months : 2 428 650 Euro

ROV-E FP7 Call3 Space SPA.2010.2.1-04 Space transportation for space exploration ROV-E (Lightweight Technologies For Exploration Rovers) is a Seventh Framework Program Project dedicated to development of lightweight multifunctional composite panels for exploration rovers for missions on Mars. Yuzhnoye SDO is expected to develop materials which improve protection of the rover units from electromagnetic emission. • Participants of the Project : • Yuzhnoye SDO (Ukraine); • Thales Alenia Space (Italy); • DLR (Germany); • INASMET-Tecnalia (Spain); • Advanced Composites Group (Great Britain); • University of Southampton (Great Britain). Amount of Project financing for three years : 2,214,722 €.

  14. SIDER FP7 Call3 Space SPA.2010.2.3-01 Security of space assets from space weather events SIDER is a Project for development of Radiation Shielding of Composite Space Enclosures. In the given project Yuzhnoye SDO is expected to theoretically estimate impact of external factors on spacecraft and proposes a solution for introduction of rational design methods during development of perspective equipment for application in the composition of spacecraft. • Participants of the Project : • Yuzhnoye SDO (Ukraine); • Helsinki University of Technology (Finland); • SensorCenterLtd (Finland); • INASMET-Tecnalia (Spain); • Centre Spatial de Liège (Belgium). Amount of Project financing for three years : 1,430,053€.

  15. In July 30, 2010 there will be announced the next Call 4 where Yuzhnoye is planning to participate with a number of the following Projects: ANTI-ASTEROID PROTECTION OF EARTH and INERTIAL ROTORDYNAMICS
