This is 2021 and still, statistics show that tech companies are predominantly white, male, and young. Every tech giant is talking about commitment to DEI but their diversity reports show no progress. Understanding the fact that it will need us all to join hands to accomplish this ultimate goal, employHER is here with a bigger vision and mission to make workplaces more diverse and inclusive.
