  1. Which tools do we use in campaigns ?

  2. Demetra+ • To seasonally adjust our series (but computing is required by SAS (WSACruncher)). • To check quality (in the detailed analysis window) • To modify specifications (in an interactive way)

  3. Launching Demetra+ from SAS (WSACruncher) • It allows us to launch seasonal adjustments from SAS which is the tool in which most of our other treatments are done. Results can be imported in SAS as soon as seasonal adjustment is finished. => It limits changes of enviromnent in the computing process which increases safety of the process. Demetra+ is only opened to check quality and results.

  4. The use of SAS to implement additional tools • To choose and compute sets of regressors • To produce a detailed quality report • To compare quality, graphs and models • To change specifications automatically

  5. The use of SAS to increase safety • To save the results in a much safer way than the one provided by Demetra+. • To control which parts of models are fixed or not in refreshments. To ensure homogeneity of treatments between series.
