  2. OFFICE: Reset for full drop-down menus. You know those helpful menu lists that drop down from the top of the screen...

  3. OFFICE: Reset for full drop-down menus. whenever you click one of the words like “File” or “Edit” or “View”?

  4. OFFICE: Reset for full drop-down menus. Well, for some reason, some of the more recent versions of software are set to only show you a few of the menu selections at first.

  5. OFFICE: Reset for full drop-down menus. If you want to see the whole list of menu choices, you have to click on this little double pointer at the bottom.

  6. OFFICE: Reset for full drop-down menus. But, if you’d like to have the full drop-down menu on your first click, it’s a simple matter of changing one setting. Here’s how you do it.

  7. OFFICE: Reset for full drop-down menus. With a Word document open, click on “Tools” there at the top of the screen.

  9. OFFICE: Reset for full drop-down menus. That will open a “Customize” dialog box with three tabs at the top of it. Click on the “Options” tab.
