Only complete applications will be considered for review. • Committee reviewed applicant scoring sheet to ensure any necessary revisions to the process were made and committee members were using the current version

12. MEMBERSHIP SUBCOMMITTEE REPORT • After the June 30th deadline has past, the applications will be distributed to the Membership Committee and will be evaluated. Chair will engage the committee prior to the August 2011 HSPAC meeting to review the applicant scoring results.

MENTORING PROGRAM 2010 ACCOMPLISHMENTS 158 mentoring pairs matched in 2010 Has a sunset period of 1 year Easy online application process Welcome letter for OPF On-line training and resources available Created tracked evaluation process (6 months & 1 year) Presented at the PHS-wide mentoring program evaluation Co-host the 1st COF HS Career Counseling Session • Hosted the COF category day Mentoring Roundtable • Created materials for the new Professional Advisory Mentoring Liaison web page • Revised the HSO Mentoring handbook • Provided promotion mentoring counseling to over 100 officers who were not promoted in 2010 Promotion Cycle • Updated all mentoring webpages • Presented at the PHS-wide mentoring program evaluation

MENTORING PROGRAM 2011 ACCOMPLISHMENTS Developed a senior officer advisory group (SOAG) for mentoring component Provided outreach message to all senior officers in the HS category Developed a mentoring brochure and give-aways Converted the manual 6-month and 1-year evaluations to Survey Monkey • Co-host the 2nd annual COF HS Career Counseling session • Hosting the COF category day Mentoring Roundtable • Continuously updating the mentoring webpages

32. SOP SUBCOMMITTEE ACTIVITIES AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS Objective: Complete and implement an HS PAC SOP by October 2011 Conducted three one-hour conference call meetings. Members have modified the meeting frequency from once per month to twice per month in an attempt to meet the October 2011 deadline. Reviewed and updated six of the nine sections of the SOP draft by means of comparing the 2009 SOP version to the 2010 version.
