Today, we have companies setting out bigger budgets for digital activities mainly because Social Media is just that influential and has immense potential. The efforts put into Social Media will truly show once you’ve figured out how to use it to its full advantage. And of course, as goes with any process, if you don’t monitor and analyze your efforts, there’s no way to grow! No matter how good your content is, whatever you share on social media must be analyzed so you can get an idea of what went right... or wrong. Study the awareness you’ve created and the engagement levels your content has achieved; this will eventually help you improve your own game and get ahead of your competitors! If not for anything else, do it for the advantage of competitive analysis. If you’ve got the experience, you would already probably be aware of the wonderful tools available out there.
