Leicester ITT Partnership New Teachers’ Standards in three areas Preamble (PR) Teaching (T1-T8) Professional and Personal Conduct (PPC1-PPC3)
Leicester ITT Partnership New Phase A and B Reporting Document Shorter than previous report Three Assessment Areas to report on Preamble is Assessment Area 1 Assessment Area 2 reports separately on 8 Standards on teaching Assessment Area 3 combines PPC1-PPC3 into one area for reporting
Leicester ITT Partnership Aiming higher By the end of Phase B, ‘High’ will be the default grade for Assessment Area 1 – Preamble A QTS level in AA1 will have to be evidenced Phase B University tutor visit arrangements will have an additional process Moderation of final grade based on evidence of achievement or non-achievement of agreed targets
