  1. VHISP – Proposed Planning Sequence P3 uses input from P2 as available; P2 To-Be updated in future by P3 Conclusions P4 uses input from P2 (e.g. benefit types) and P3 as available; P2 and P3 to be updated in future by P4 conclusions

  2. VHISP Timeline Phase 2 is an update to the current State HIT Plan and would satisfy Statutory requirements. Its content would be HIT, HIE, HSE, and Consent. Architecture, MDM, Analytics, and Governance would be touched on, but those modules would be significantly expanded in Phases 3 and 4 work.
