  1. STORES Store is one of the major part of any Transportation/LogisticsIndustry. Store deals with all the items or products required by the Industry, provides all departments with their necessary item requirements, keeps a ready count of the quantity of different items and deals with the suppliers in an endeavour to procure new stock. As a result, if the activities of this department are smoothened, other departments can function with a greater output. here in eresource all this been taken care of Requisition Master Branch Requisition Material Issue Spares Tarpaulin Jack And Rod

  2. Direct GRN Products received from suppliers against Purchase Orders, will be entered here. Products added here will reflect in Inventory used in Stock Adjustment, Warehouse transfer, Stores Requisition, etc.

  3. Add Requisition eresource manages procurement from product selection, purchase order requisition, approval and ordering to delivery, receipt and financial settlement. Our ERP solution covers applications for requisitioning, simplified purchasing processes which is user-friendly. Here one can add the required item details, quantity required etc.

  4. Requisition to Branch If you have multilocation offices and the required item is in another branch then you can send requisition to that branch with all the details of item. Once the requisition is sent back to you then it will be updated in your stores.

  5. Tarpaulin Issue Tarpaulin is issued against this process, which contains details of Vehicle, Driver, location etc.

  6. Tarpaulin Register Report Tarpaulin today's stock is filtered here showing Opening, Inward, Outward, Closing stock To date stock shows stock till date Branchwise tarpaulin details can also be filtered here

  7. Claim GRN(Jack & Rod) Claim is made against New Jack & rod in order to replace old one. You can add Jack & rod details here. Claim Number List

  8. Repair GRN When Item is recieved for repair, a repair GRN is made. Add Jack & Rod details

  9. Number Change Sometimes Jack and Rod is recieved by diffferent name, so to make changes to it , one can use this Number change form old number New No.

  10. Repair GRN GRN is made against the Item received for Repair. Jack & Rod Details Charges against repair
