Καθεστώς • Η έκταση δεν αποκτήθηκε με το συνεταιριστικό δίκαιο. • Αγοράστηκε εξ’αδιαιρέτου από τα 77 μέλη του προγράμματος, ενώ ο συνεταιρισμός έχει την ευθύνη του συντονισμού των ενεργειών μέχρι την κλήρωση των οικοπέδων. • Το πρόγραμμα βρίσκεται στο τελικό στάδιο και συγκεκριμένα αναμένει υπογραφή από Κεντρικό Συμβούλιο Χωροταξίας.για να ανακοινωθεί η ένταξη της έκτασης στο σχέδιο πόλης.
