The environmentally conscious player has submitted a planning application to Bolton City Council to build/dig an 8,000sq, single storey, 4 bedroom luxury house into a hillside in Bradshaw, Bolton. On the build site currently stands his enormous mansion, if the planning application is approved the underground house will become his new home.
