  22. LOGISTIC CONTROL ROOM • After receiving the declaration of crisis from Chief Coordinator, the Station Team Leader will immediately establish the Control Room in Transport Dept with the help of the member of Group-D. The Telephone no of the Control room are 7372 & 7392 . There will be another special telephone no 7370 / 2800326 (BSNL) only for GM(E)/ Head (TPT)/Station Team Leader/ On site Team Leader. • Station Team Leader / member of Group-D will be posted at the Control room during the crisis. All the communication in connection with logistic services for the crisis will be carried out through Control Room Only. Group D will be responsible for coordinating activity of Control Room & allotment of duty of the Control Room.

  23. IDENTIFICATION OF KEY PERSONS • Persons listed as per Annexure- III A, III B , III C & III D are identified as key persons for crisis. All the team member will remain alert and ready to move at any time on any day during crisis. • The key persons are to be released from their respective section and they will be operating under the guidance of Chief Coordinator / Station Team leader/ On Site Team Leader during the emergency crisis.

IDENTIFICATION OF MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT FOR CRISIS • The material and equipment required for rendering logistic services during the crisis are listed in Annexure-I & Annexure-II. -- Annexure-I: The list contains equipments. These equipments will be mobilized immediately to site for rescue / emergency operations after receiving instructions from on site team leader.

  25. IDENTIFICATION OF MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT FOR CRISIS -- Annexure-II: The list contains materials and tools. These material will be mobilized to the site if required as per the instruction of Chief coordinator/ Station Team leader/ On site team leader. These materials and tools will be kept in a safe and easily accessible site earmarked.

ACTION PLAN • As soon as crisis is declared, all team members will report to the office of Head- Transport (Chief Logistic Coordinator). • On site team leader will immediately move to the site along with two members each from Group A & B to asses the situation at site and to establish the contact with the control room.

ACTION PLAN • Station team leader will immediately establish the control room with the help of group-D and will arrange to inform all the members of all the groups with the help of Group E. • Members of Group A & B in the Control room will mobilize equipments, materials and crew as per the instruction of Station Team leader/ On site team leader

ACTION PLAN • Group A & B at control room will also mobilise emergency spares and back up consumables to the sites. • Members of the Group C will come to control room and arrange to mobilise passenger vehicles & buses as per the advice of Station Team Leader. • Group-D will ensure proper functioning of the control room with constant touch with main control room.

ACTION PLAN • Group E will make arrangement for food, water, medical facility, security and other welfare services liaising with Admin, Security and Medical. • If the duration of the emergency last for long time, Group E will make shift duty roster for emergency duty at site and control room as per the instruction of the Station leader/ on site leader.

RESTORATION • Chief coordinator after getting clearance from GM (Engg) will advise Station team leader/ Onsite team Leader for demobilization of Transport crew and equipments. • On site team leader will initiate demobilization of all the material and crew from the site. • Station team leader will take stock of all the material received from site and arrange to store in designated location.

  32. INSPECTON • Inspection of all major equipments as listed in Annexure-I will be carried out regularly. The responsibility of inspection will be on Station Team leader. However maintenance personnel will be released for the inspection as per the advice of Station Team Leader.
