  1. Stock classification verification , cordification and Ergonomic

  2. Stock Stock of a business entity represents the original capital paid into or invested in the business by its founders. It serves as a security for the creditors of a business since it cannot be withdrawn to the detriment of the creditors. Stock is different from the property and the assets of a business which may fluctuate in quantity and value.

  3. Capitalization Level – Capitalization level is probably the most common level of differentiation among individual stocks.    Capitalization is basically the total dollar value of all outstanding shares of stock for a particular company. Though there are various divisions depending on who you ask, most agree at the very least in three basic types which are as follows: STOCK CLASSIFICATIONS

  4. Large Cap – These stocks are usually some of the larger, well-known companies, which you have probably heard of, and typically they have a capitalization of $5 Billion dollars or more.   Keep in mind this can vary and some investment houses or brokers might use a higher limit to define a large cap stock.

  5. Mid Cap – A middle capitalization stock is usually a company that has been established for a decent amount of time and as such it will be known by a fair number of people.  The capitalization for a mid cap will fall between $1 Billion - $5 Billion dollars in most cases, but again this can vary depending on the company or the broker.

  6. Small Cap - The small cap stocks are for the most part companies most are unfamiliar with and they are usually not followed to a great extend by analysts or individual investors.   Small Caps typically have a capitalization of less than $1 Billion dollars.

  7. Income Stocks – Income stocks are very popular with retirees or other investors seeking to maximize income through dividend payout.  Utilities are probably the most popular type of income stock and as a whole they have a very reliable track record of paying out dividends on a regular basis.  Other companies or segments may also pay out dividends regularly and they too would fall into this classification.

  8. Growth Stocks – A growth stock is usually defined as a company with incredible growth potential because of market, product, segment or situation.  Examples would be a company that manufactures some special pharmaceutical exclusively that is necessary to fight an emerging disease.  Obviously the growth potential for that company is enhanced by this situation.

  9. STOCK VERIFICATION stock verification is that technique of material control in which company appoints some experts who verifies all the stock physically with its record. It is just like internal audit of store. These experts are independent from store and they have right to check the material at any time without providing advance information to store staff. This surprise checking through continuous stock verification makes store staff more responsible for duty. There are also other benefits of continuous stock like it will make store keeper more sober and moral to do the duty. He knows that the store is also controlled by experts. He tries to best to reduce all inherent shortcomings.

  10. Steps in Setting Up an effective stock verification system1. → To appoint technical expert personalities for this work, who have knowledge the measurement systemof material of stock. For example, method of measuring cable will be different to measuring milk.2. → Direction of surprise checking should be given by heads.3. → Stock in transit should not be mixed in normal stock at the time of checking.4. → To make stock verification sheet after actual verification of stock and in this sheet, experts should record the results of verification.

  12. Ergonomics means the science of work. So ergonomists, i.e. the practitioners of ergonomics, study work, how work is done and how to work better. It is the attempt to make work better that ergonomics becomes so useful. And that is also where making things comfortable and efficient comes into play. Ergonomic

  13. Ergonomics is commonly thought of in terms of products. But it can be equally useful in the design of services or processes. It is used in design in many complex ways. However, what you, or the user, is most concerned with is, “How can I use the product or service, will it meet my needs, and will I like using it?” Ergonomics helps define how it is used, how it meets you needs, and most importantly if you like it. It makes things comfy and efficient.
