Who is a leader? 4 • A Leader • has charisma; • - is good at communicating with people; • can evaluate an individual’s potential and teach them how • to use this potential in the best possible way; • is inspiring • is able to unite people into an efficient team ; • - is a good researcher.   6. WHAT HAVE WE LEARNT ABOUT LEADERSHIP? 6 Leadership is a teacher-student relationship. A leader is an information and spiritual values’ transfer medium. Because of his/her distinguishing personality he/she is a role model and a subject of respect. The leader’s personality draws attention and contributes either to success or failures. PEN-International 14 The Summer Leadership Institute resulted in an exchange of experience between students from different countries, learning more about the culture of deaf people from all over the world.
