This report investigates the expression patterns of circadian rhythm-related genes including rPer1, rCry1, rCry2, and Bmal1 in response to varying temperature conditions. Using β-actin as a reference marker, we analyzed the effects of temperature changes (°C) on these genes' derivative reporter expressions. Results indicated significant regulatory patterns that suggest the intricate relationship between ambient temperature and circadian gene expression. Understanding these interactions could provide insights into biological rhythms and their implications for organismal health and behavior.
