  3. RMC Action Item Log 209 • Request of Hans Luijt (copy to Becky Lemon) that an e-mail distribution list feature be added to OASIS. Due: April 20, 2009.

  4. Action Item Log 209 Status: Completed March 27, 2009 • IAQG OASIS Change Request submitted to Hans Luijt (OASIS Database Administrator) requesting an e-mail distribution list feature be added to OASIS database.

  5. IAQG Response to Action 209 Change Request: • IAQG reported the capability to retrieve e-mail lists from the OASIS database will be developed in 6 – 8 months.

  6. Concern: • During our Portland RMC meeting we reviewed a customer satisfaction survey we developed to follow up the survey given to AQMS certified OEMs and suppliers in 2006. • SAE will not be able to distribute this survey until the capability to retrieve e-mail lists is programmed in the OASIS database.

  8. Accessing the AAQG RMC Website RMC information can be viewed on the AAQG website by opening http://www.sae.org/aaqg/ and selecting:

  9. RMC Website Representative:Yesterday, I was asked to serve as the RMC website focal. I will be working with the RMC leaders, RMC Communications Sub-team and AAQG Communications Team Lead to update materials on our RMC public website. Please let me know if you have suggestions improving communication between the AAQG RMC and our customers.
