About Apple Inc. • Apple Computer Inc. is a multinational corporation that creates consumer electronics, computer software, and commercial servers. • Co-founders Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak . • The company's best-known hardware products include the Macintosh line of computers, the iPod, the iPhone and the iPad. • Apple software includes the Mac OS X operating system; the iTunes media browser; the iLife suite of multimedia and creativity software

History of Apple Inc. • Established on April 1, 1976 in Cupertino, California, and incorporated January 3, 1977. • The company was previously named Apple Computer, Inc., for its first 30 years, but removed the word "Computer"on January 9, 2007,to reflect the company's ongoing expansion into the consumer electronics market in addition to its traditional focus on personal computers. • The company is one of the strongest competitorss in the technical field around the world Until Now .

Operating System For Apple • Issued several versions for MAC OS X and can be classified as follows: • 1-Mac OS X (Cheetah) 10.0, which was released in March 2001. • 2-Mac OS X (Puma) 10.1, which was released in September 2001. • 3-Mac OS X (Jaguar) 10.2, which was released in August 2002. • 4-Mac OS X (Panther) 10.3, which was released in October 2003. • 5-Mac OS X (Tiger) 10.4, which was released in April 2005. • 6-Mac OS X (Leopard) 10.5 which was released in October 2007. • 7- Mac OS X (snow Leopard) 10.6 which was released in June 2010.
