On February 15-16, 2006, the REWERSE project, an EU Network of Excellence funded by the European Commission and Switzerland, gathered in Luxembourg to discuss its dissemination and awareness strategies. The project, which began on March 1, 2004, aims to advance reasoning on the web using rules and semantics. With over 100 researchers from 27 institutions across 14 European countries, the meeting focused on promoting semantic-based knowledge systems and technology transfer to industry. Major activities include summer schools, workshops, and standardisation efforts in web reasoning.
