DGGE Profiles of Bacterial 16S rRNA Gene from Kibler and Hope Soils Post Brassica Cover Crop

This study presents the DGGE (Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis) profiles of bacterial 16S rRNA gene sequences from soil samples at Kibler and Hope, collected seven days post incorporation of brassica cover crops. The samples include control and brassica treatments with four replications each. Key findings indicated by arrows highlight significant changes in the relative abundance of bacterial bands between the different treatments, suggesting the impact of brassica cover crops on soil microbial communities.
