Topics • Fees - $500 per player • Deposit - $150 due 10/1; Balance Due by Meet Team • Helmet - $110 (Freshman/New Players) due 9/25 • $55 So-Sr that purchased a white helmet for SC Program • Helmet order for discount by October 1stfromLAX Unlimited (All Red Cascade R with blackCage) • Fee Rebates • Programs (90% of earned), Scrips, will follow-up on Kroger Checks Payable to SC Lacrosse include player name and comments in memo; Submitted to School Office

Topics • Reimbursements – forms completed (request for payment) and receipts attached; submitted to School Office; Processed by Treasurer within 2 BDs • Deposits – event chair complete form (deposit form); provide documentation; submit to School Office; Processed by Treasurer within 2 BDs • Treasurer categorizes, documents in Quickbooks and reconciles with school reports monthly All Transactions must go through Treasurer, Paul Johnson, for proper tracking
