JANA= How long haveyoubeenhere? • ANNA= 17 years. • JANA=Whatistheapproachofthe care people? • ANNA= Nowwehaven‘t got a care person.Whoneeds to havethem ,ordersthem by phone, orgoes to thehospital on theirown. • JANA= Whatwouldyouchange? • ANNA= I wouldlike to have a kitchenette and insteadofthekitchenanotherbedroom. • JANA= Do theycookherewell? • ANNA= I cook by myself. Thecanteen and theconfectionerywerecancelled. It´s a pity.

  15. CHARITY • Charity organisations are situated for example in Valašské Klobouky,Zlín,Vsetín,Uherské Hradiště,Kroměříž,Uherský Brod. • Charity helps retired people with daily routine activities, with care for themselves and their households.

In most casestheytakemealmostlike a familymember. And alsothefactthatalldecisions are mainly up to me and that I have no fixedworking hours.It‘s up to me. • VENDY=What don´t youlikeaboutthisjob? • MÍŠA= I particularly do not likethelackof money. Itis a very poorlypaidjob,butverychallenging.

  18. VENDY= How do peoplerespond to yourwork? • MÍŠA= Peoplereactmostlypositively . Theytakemeperfectly, and I likethem, too. Even thoughitalsohappenedthatwedidn‘t get on withone family. And thenthey made metroubleat work. But itwasresolvedsothat I just don´t go to themany more. Otherwise I like my clients a lot. • VENDY= Wouldyouchangeanything? • MÍŠA= I wouldmainlychangeoursalary,that‘s reallybad. Otherwise,theworkisgreateventhoughitruins my health.
