Noninvasive Electrophysiological Study of PVC in Patient KNR: 3D Reconstruction Insights

This study presents an in-depth analysis of premature ventricular contractions (PVC) in patient KNR, evaluated on 27.05.2014. The noninvasive electrophysiological (EP) assessment utilized new 3D torso and atrial models created from high-quality CT scans. Detailed isochronal maps were generated, indicating early activation zones in the medial segment of the left ventricle's inferior wall, highlighting the areas of ventricular ectopy. The study's findings emphasize the effectiveness of non-invasive techniques in isolating ectopic activity, contributing to more tailored patient management.
