TO TR 111 (1350 E) – (8.1 MILES) Construction Plan Preparation – Funded (Strand Assoc.) • Plan Preparation has been put on hold due to levee decertification • The Phase I study and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be re-opened for this section during 2012 • Currently working with FHWA to the define scope of work • Cost estimates will be revised as the study progresses

  3. TR 111 TO TR 190 E OF BIGGSVILLE WITH INTERCHANGE (4.7 MILES) Construction Plan Preparation – Funded (Poepping, Stone, Bach & Assoc.) Utility Adjustments – Funded Land Acquisition – Funded Construction Engineering – Funded Construction – Funded • Plan Preparation and Land Acquisition are underway • Anticipate Late Fall 2012 Letting • Funded through the Illinois Jobs Now! Program
