  2. Jesus = Messiah • He claimed it – John 4:25,26 “I who speak to you am He.” • It was claimed by others of Him – John 1:41 “We have found the Messiah.” • He demonstrated it by His fulfillment of every Messianic prophecy we know of, leaving no room for doubt.

Probability of Jesus fulfilling only 8 prophecies • 1 in 1017 or 1 in 1 Hundred Million Billion or 100,000,000,000,000,000 • Like covering the entire state of Texas with silver dollars two feet deep. • Mark One – Drop from a Plane -Mix them up – have a person select the marked one at random the 1st time!

  4. Lineage of Messiah • Begins with Eve and ends with Mary • About 4,000 years! • Genesis 3:15 one of the earliest Messianic Prophecies. • Offspring is of the woman (Eve) • Galatians 4:4 “God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law.”

  6. John the Baptist • Prepare the way for Messiah • Preaching that the Jews needed to repent and turn back to the Lord their God • Identifies Jesus as “the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world.” John 1:29

  34. Even Those Who Call Jesus Lord, May Not Be Acceptable • Matthew 7:21 • Saying “Lord, Lord” not enough • Must DO the Will of His Father in Heaven

  35. What God Promised From the Beginning is now available to ALL who will CLAIM IT! Victory over Satan & Sin! Complete Forgiveness by virtue of the Blood of Jesus, the Christ [Messiah]
