Cross Training with Break Dance

This study explores the impact of cross-training through break dance methods on male collegiate tennis players with six years of experience. Involving three groups of 10 players, participants engaged in additional tri-weekly training sessions averaging 90 minutes over two months. The focus included balance measurements, assessed using a force balance platform for both double and single-leg exercises. Grip strength on the dominant hand was analyzed, providing insights into performance enhancement. A total budget of $30,000 was allocated for this innovative training approach.
