CeleriTime was designed and built upon two core concepts:

Scheduling Center

  15. S ecurity Application Security is defined two ways: • User Profiles - Which portions of the application a user may access. • Employee Groups - Which employees a supervisor / manager may edit / report. Login - All modules require a login and password. Audit Trail - All data changes are recorded in audit trail (who, what, when).

E ffiency • Eliminate manual processing of timecards • Improve accuracy by eliminating human error • Eliminate overpayments, reduce overtime • Guarantee uniform application of pay policies • Focus on timesheets with errors – Manage by Exception • Quickly and easily locate data for wage and hours claims or other legal inquiries Managing your labor resources is crucial for ensuring the future success of your business.
