  14. Comments Difficulties • Difficulties faced - In fixation of Tr. dates even after finalization with DLO/CMO • Less priority by some DLO’s in tr. Sessions engaged in other works • Non Payment of Incentives to ASHA’s for referring new cases • At some Block PHC’s non –availability of MOIC during Workshops. • Dis-satisfaction among GHC staff of concerned village areas during workshop of PAL/ASHA’s/Family members for no incentives. • Non-Payment of referred operated RCS cases to BPL holders.

  15. Expectations from District • Need based Plan & its Implementation • More Involvement of ASHA’s in NLEP • Further improvement in quality of Services by DN Regular Supervision & Monitoring • Priority to prevent disabilities & worsening in all needy LAP cases • Proper well equipped Lab facilities at D.H. • Provision of material support to pts after need assessment of cases • Assess training needs & organizing tr. • Proper maintenance of Records & Reports as per guidelines- Dist. Level & all HCF’s.

  16. Expectations from State • Provision of Govt vehicle to DLO for mobility • Timely release of budget to Dist as per approved Plan • Posting of full time DLO’s. • Adequate MDT supply to every Dist.

  17. Expectations from NLR • Stronger liaison with Govt. organisation for more accountability to NLR project’s / scheme’s.
