  2. 1. Choose Your Plot When you choose your city or neighbor for your luxury home, you need to remember a few things. Plot location, Plot size, Sloped land or Flat land, requirements.

  5. 4. Sign On The Agreement Ask your builder for the budget and you can make an adjustment to the home plan. Once you have the budget, select the material you want. Finally, sign the agreement.

  6. 5. Start Building First, you need to approve the plan by The Housing and Community Development Division. Now the builder will start building your home.
