RRB NTPC Recruitment Exam by National Recruitment Agency (NRA): Tier-1 to be replaced by Common Eligibility Test (CET) Check Eligibility, Exam Pattern, Number of Attempts etc As per the latest notification, National Recruitment Agency (NRA) has been launched as a transformational reform to the recruitment process of Central Government Jobs as Common Eligibility Test (CET). The NRA have an objective to conduct a Tier I exam or single entrance examination for all non-gazetted posts of Group B and Cpostsin the central government and public sector banks of India for the recruitment under, the Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs), Staff Selection Commission (SSC) and the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). The essential aim for the NRA is to conduct online CET for the recruitment of non-gazetted or Non-Technical Posts across the different districts, cities, and states of country. As per the new report, the NRA aims to be replaced the tier I examination to Common Entrance Test (CET) for the convenience of the aspirants of SSC, RRB and IBPS. While the other as Tier II and Tier III or the separate exams based on the examination category will be conducted by the Separate exam conducting bodies. The National Recruitment Agency (NRA) aims to shortlist aspirants by Common Eligibility Test (CET) for Group B & C non- gazetted and Non-Technical Posts in Central Government of India. Railway Recruitment Board conducts RRB NTPC Exam for the recruitment of Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC). In 2019, approx 1.26 crore aspirants applied for this most awaited RRB NTPC Exam. The board will conduct the online Computer Based Test (CBT) 10,603 Under 10+2 Posts and for 35,208 vacancies including 24,605 Graduate Posts under Non- Technical Popular Categories (NTPC) including Trains Clerk, Goods Guard, Traffic Assistant, Time Keeper, Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Junior Account Assistant cum Typist, Senior Clerk

  2. cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Commercial Apprentice and Station Master, etc. The NRA will conduct Common Eligibility Test (CET) separately by a standard curriculum prescribed for the posts in railways i.e. Matriculate/10th, Higher Secondary/12th, and for Graduates and the difficulty level of CET will be same as standards.
