Features of BillBox • Document scanning and attaching of scanned copies using barcoded document numbers, integrated closely with compatible document scanner models like Kodak Scanmate i1150 etc. • Serial number control. No bills can be missed once a barcode label is affixed on it! • Duplicate payments ? One bill will be paid only once, as the document is controlled by a unique barcode label generated by system! • Cloud based unlimited data storage and retrieval of documents • No risk of Thermal bills to fade-out • Easy to access and use • Highly Secure • Save time • Tracking of documents • Searching of documents

  4. Kodak ScanMate i1150 • Duplex scanner that scans 25 pages per minute • Scanning resolution of 200 dpi for black & white and 300 dpi for colour • Designed based on proximity touch technology (Start scanning automatically without touching the start button)

  5. Menus: • Masters: • Employee Master • Employee names and other details • Party Master • Party Name • TRN Number • Address • Chart of Accounts • GL Codes • Customer Master • Customer Name • Address etc.

Transactions: • Bulk ScanDirect • Affix the provided barcode label on the back side of the bill. • Scan the bill using Kodak Scan mate i1150. • Scanned documents will be shown on the Bulk Scan Direct menu. • Select the bills and input the required information. • Click on the ‘attach and create document button’ provided below the right side. • Expense Bills Journal • Go to EBJ Journal in the transaction menu • The attached bills from the bulk scan direct will appears in ‘EBJ’ list • Status remarks will shown as ‘Posting Pending’ • Edit the document and feed the relevant data. • VAT will be automatically calculated based on the VAT treatment decided in the masters.

  7. Reports • Vat Ledger and Liability Report • Input Tax • Output Tax • Taxable Amount • Party name etc. • Pivot Reports Create pivot table based on the available data • Any customized reports
