CCCApply - International Application Presentation CCCApply is the statewide online application center for California Community Colleges, streamlining the application process for students and colleges alike. Through CCCApply.org, students can easily access information about the colleges and a growing suite of application.

  13. An international student has applied to Grossmont College for the Fall 2007 term. By clicking on the Application Status View link below Amber can see the various outstanding items and/or tasks remaining for her application International Application Presentation

  14. Now, Amber can see that her on-line application has been completed; the prominent checkmark is a clear and easy to read visual. The Admission Requirements section should draw her attention. Let’s check the Sponsor Form task. International Application Presentation

  15. Detailed instructions are provided; Amber would link back to the Grossmont College website then print the form, complete it and mail back to the college. International Application Presentation

  16. Sponsor Form from the college website. Student would complete and send back to the college. What happens then? International Application Presentation

  17. What is going on at the CCCApply Control Site? A staff member in the Admissions Office has logged onto the CCCApply International Application Control site and is going to search for Amber International Application Presentation

  18. We will search for Amber by her First Name International Application Presentation

  19. Amber Garner is the student we are working with. Click on the Person Icon to retrieve her application. International Application Presentation

  20. Now we have the detail record for Amber; we need to link to Process Manager Activity International Application Presentation

  21. Amber has mailed in her Sponsor form and it is okay; time to complete that task International Application Presentation

  24. A note has been added and we clicked the option to let the student view it. International Application Presentation

  25. The Sponsor Step has been completed and Amber sees the change in status from Not Complete to Complete International Application Presentation

  26. And the note we added is visible to Amber International Application Presentation In addition to the note we could have sent an email to the student. When the student sends or uploads all the necessary forms; the process will be complete and a checkbox will appear on the Application Status page.

  30. We follow the directions and upload a JPEG type picture file from our computer and then click the submit button International Application Presentation

  33. Step completed! Fast forward a few weeks and Amber has sent in all of her required documents and updates; The Grossmont International Office personnel have received and marked all of her tasks as completed! International Application Presentation

  34. Success! Amber has completed all of her admission requirements. She clicks on the Confirmation step for more information International Application Presentation

  35. The date and time are posted along with a message that she should receive a packet from the college within 2 weeks. The process is now complete and a record of the applicaton and various submitted documents are always available at the CCCApply site. International Application Presentation
