This study explores the diversity and functional roles of Dof (DNA-binding with One Finger) transcription factors across multiple plant species, including Arabidopsis and rice. We present a detailed characterization of gene families, including OsDof-1, OsDof-10, and others, analyzing their expression patterns and potential biological functions. This work contributes to our understanding of gene regulation in plants and highlights the importance of Dof proteins in growth and stress responses. The data serves as a valuable resource for future genetic and functional studies.
