Investigating Role of Securin and CDK in Bub2Δ Mutant Cell Division
DESCRIPTION
This study explores the impact of securin and CDK on cell division in Bub2Δ and cdh1Δ mutant strains. Using fluorescent microscopy (CEN-GFP, DAPI, Merge), we analyze cell cycle progression and stability. We focus on the expression levels of Securin and G6PDH in relation to cell division defects observed in Bub2Δ mutants. The research elucidates mechanisms underlying cell cycle regulation and potential therapeutic targets for cell division-related anomalies.
