About the Coca-Cola Business Support Professionals Resource Group • The Coca-Cola Business Support Professionals Forum (CCBSP) was formed to address the concerns of administrative professionals. • The first initiative of CCBSP was to establish a Company chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), an organization that focuses on the personal and professional development of administrative professionals. • On April 18, 2002 TCCC Chapter of IAAP was chartered.

About the Coca-Cola Business Support Professionals Resource Group (continued) About Us Continued . . . • Over the years, the forum has successfully worked with Human Resources to create the Administrative Curriculum by piloting courses and providing ongoing recommendations to support changing needs. • The forum has also held annual celebrations for administrative assistants during Administrative Professionals Week; partnered with the IT department to pilot software programs; coordinated and volunteered for various community events; and held Lunch & Learn training sessions and roundtable discussions.
