  3. BIOGRAPHY Ashley Isacsson is the CEO of Unleashed Events. She has been planning events for fifteen years, and is looking forward to expanding her business into the city of Los Angeles. Besides planning, she enjoys staying active by dancing and running on her free time.

  4. Inspiration “I grew up to believe that providing expert customer service was the only pathway to success. My mother started out as an event coordinator at the Altadena Town and Country Club and this is where she met my father, who was the Executive chef at the same club. During the summers, I grew up at the club assisting my mom with the extravagant parties she threw for the club members. From helping draft invitations to blowing up balloons, I enjoyed the thrill of starting something new, and making it as glamorous and creative as I wanted. At the club, I rotated shifts from the banquet rooms to the kitchen- my dad’s domain. There I experienced firsthand tastings of the deserts being served that evening. Summer after summer I was lucky enough to gain access to this world, and since then, I have known that being an event planner is what I aspire to become. My parents are my inspiration and their level of success will forever serve as a vision for my business.”

  5. FAQ How long have you been in the industry? I have been planning events for a total of ten years. Such events include birthday parties, corporate events and weddings. Unleashed weddings however, has been in business for five years. How many events have you done? In my ten years of planning I have done a total of twenty-five weddings, fifty parties and fifteen corporate event trips. Are you certified? Yes, I have an event planning certification from The wedding Institute. Have you ever faced an unplanned mishap on the job? At a wedding I was planning, the bridal party got over-the top, intoxicated during the cocktail hour. After they made their entrance into the reception, it was time for toasts. The best man stumbled up to the mike and started revealing embarrassing and inappropriate information about the groom. The bride and groom along with the guests, were growing uncomfortable, so I stepped in, grabbed the mike politely and introduced the next speaker. I will do whatever it takes to protect my clients.

Professional Coordination Services: 45 days prior to the wedding •  One consultation meeting to go through your details and contracts •  Ongoing communication with • consultant via phone or email (up to 2 hours) • Provide timeline for wedding party/family/vendors • One venue walkthrough meeting (one for each venue) • Vendor confirmation and coordination for the day of the wedding • Personal direction for the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception • Coordinate ceremony and reception set up • One consultant onsite for ten hours • price: $950 • The Dazzle Package: •  This consulting package is designed to make your wedding a stress free experience by providing you planning expertise. • Professional Planning Services: •  Venue Consultation •  Budget and checklist development and management •  Event styling and etiquette consultation •  Reception and ceremony layout plan design •   Monthly planning meetings (begins immediately) •  Venue walkthrough meetings (one for each venue) •  Ongoing communication with consultant via phone or e-mail (10 hours) •  One consultant throughout planning process • Professional Coordination Services: • Provide timeline for wedding party/family/vendors •  Vendor confirmation and coordination for the day of the wedding •  Personal direction for the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception •  Coordinate ceremony and reception set up • Price: $1,500 • The Radiant Package:  • This consulting package will plan all your wedding details from beginning to end. • Professional Planning Services: •  Venue Consultation •  Budget and checklist development and management •  Event styling and etiquette consultation •  Develop your personal wedding website •  Reception and ceremony layout plan design •  Vendor recommendations •  Vendor contract negotiations •  Planning meetings (unlimited) •  Venue walkthrough meetings (as needed) •  Vendor coordination throughout planning process •  Ongoing communication with consultant via phone or e-mail (unlimited) •  One consultant and one assistant throughout planning process • Professional Coordination Services: •  Provide timeline for wedding party/family/vendors •  Vendor confirmation and coordination for the day of the wedding •  Personal direction for the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception •  Coordinate ceremony and reception set up •  Decorate honeymoon suite if reasonable distance from wedding reception • Price: $2,000

A personalized payment plan can be arranged. 75% of the coordinator fee is due two weeks of the wedding and the rest is due no later than the reception. • Contract Amount: $ • Deposit: $200 Due Date: 75% Payment Due Date: 25% Payment Due Date: Refund Policy: There will be no refunds available Assistants: For every 100 guests there will be one additional consultant added to the contract.
