On October 26, 2011, we celebrate student accomplishments as a way to strengthen our community. Kudos to Mr. Dent for his exemplary work! Effective commentary can enhance learning; it need not be lengthy but should highlight successes using key terms from standards. Special thanks to Mr. Altouvas for his great insights. Don't forget to join the Focus Walk on November 10 and maximize classroom engagement until the bell. Let’s share differentiated activities from our classrooms to learn from one another!

Kudos! A great way to build community is through highlighting student achievement. Great work , Mr. Dent!
More Kudos! Commentary doesn’t have to be a lengthy regurgitation of the standard. It simply needs to point out what was done well using key terms from the standard, and when relevant, offer tips for better performance. Great commentary, Mr. Altouvas!
