General objectives of the BBU • To identify and qualitatively/quantitatively analyze the educational needs; • To conceive the projects which will allow an easy access of the participants to theoretical and practical knowledge; • To ensure specialized consulting in study opportunities in adult education; • To conceive intervention strategies and specialized assistance, throughout consulting • To survey and evaluate the implementation of the projects; • To realize diagnostic studies on the dynamic of the market, to realize prospective analysis • To realize contract trainings at the beneficiary’ request.

Benefits for the beneficiary • The acquisition of new knowledge, theoretical and practical abilities specific to different activity and/or interest fields; • The development of intellectual, psychomotor and affective-attitude competencies specific to several professions, functions, social status, and transversal competencies; • The formation of strategies, techniques and methods requested by the activities specific to some professions, functions or other interest fields
